Check out the website muscleprodigy.com Video of an 11 year-old baller. Kids in 5th grade and he does stuff serious 12th graders would have trouble with. His mile is ridiculous too, 4 What a little beast, I hope to see this kid in the NBA, he’s got the work-ethic, as long as he stays healthy. Also, I apologize on behalf of the most annoying news anchor and reporter ever.

anyone can be a prodigy if they train more than anyone else, im not trying to leave a negative comment here but it’s true.

Arenas90 I’m an amazing 5’9 white guy and I can easily dunk over people. Anybody can certainly do it, just follow the right training program. I followed the one from 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any training workout is fine as long as they work which many do not

What’s so special about him? He probably have an IQ of 90 or something. VO2 max isn’t that good to have actually, this show for simple-minded people confuses you. Fatigue resistance and variations in running economy greatly affects the performance of running. Americans are so stupid….
Sup Arenas90, if you want to improve in basketball, you ought to start sticking with a proper training system. I used the famous workout training over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com |. I haven t even told this to my high school teammates yet hehe

Arenas90 crazy, I gained past 15 ins on my jump by completing the workout system over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com. now being being the shortest kid on court is nothing I have to be anxious about in a game now, lol
